No. Sign up for the open beta without entering any payment information. We’ll ask for billing details when billing goes live after the beta period.

Unlimited customers and jobs in your account, up to 2 users, and all three review platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook) — all within the same $18/month. Up to 300 Feedback Requests per month covers a small service business doing roughly 80–100 jobs/month with full follow-up sequences. No per-message fees, no per-seat charges, no overage billing. If you have a multi-location operation that needs more, contact us and we’ll work out a higher allotment. And it’s free while we’re in open beta.

Yes. There's no annual contract and no cancellation fee. You can cancel from your billing settings at any time. If you cancel mid-month, your account stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

You do. Your client data, your campaign history, your review feedback — all of it belongs to your business. You can export your data at any time. If you close your account, we'll provide an export and then delete your data from our systems.

Yes. You can edit message templates for both SMS and email sequences from your settings — review requests, mid-job check-ins, and lost-job follow-ups. You can also set your logo and brand colors so every touchpoint matches your business identity.

Gitback Reviews uses Twilio for SMS delivery and SendGrid for email, with review data pulled from Google via Outscraper. Review links support Google, Facebook, and Yelp. Direct integrations with field service software (Jobber, HouseCall Pro, ServiceTitan) are on the roadmap.
